History behind the item	Tabard for the King and Queen to take along to hand out to the herald whio is going to do the court for them. Master Pietari writes on this: it was a present from the East Kingdom college of heralds, and it was given by Fridrikr Tomasson av Knusslig Hamn, then Brigantia Principal Herald, to Adelaide de Beaumont, recently elevated to Schwarzdrachen Principal Herald, at the first Drachenwald coronation. I don't recall who made it (I was young then, and didn't pay attention to names of people I didn't know), but the lining had been taken from the East Kingdom tabard in recognition of our common history. This, of course, means the tabard was made sometime in the first half of 1993.
